6 1⁄4 m.-großes Hähnchen, ca. 1,5 kg

etwas Thymian, oder Zitronenthymian
4,69 Flasche Weißwein
Salz und Pfeffer
Mehl
Fett, zum Braten
Vorbereitung
Das Hähnchen in 8 Stücke teilen und die Haut abziehen (muss nicht sein), mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und in Mehl wälzen.
In einem großen Topf leicht anbraten. Zwiebeln, Kartoffeln und Tomaten unzerteilt, 2-4 Knoblauchzehen klein geschnitten dazu geben und mit Weißwein ablöschen, bis alles fast bedeckt ist. Etwas Thymian und einen Zweig Rosmarin dazu geben. Etwa 40 min. auf kleiner Flamme köcheln lassen. Wer möchte, kann die Soße etwas andicken.
