Labamba-Schnitten

Rezept für 1 Person. 

Für den Teig:
0,24Ei
6 g Mehl
6 g Zucker
 0,03 Pck. Backpulver Für die Füllung: 

0,04 Liter Labamba-Saft
0,36 EL Zucker
0,12 Pck. Vanillepuddingpulver Für den Belag:
0,08 Becher Sahne, geschlagen 0,08 Pck. Sahnesteif
2 g Puderzucker
Butterkeks
 Schokoglasur 

Vorbereitung.
Für den Boden:
 Eier trennen. Eiweiß steif schlagen, Zucker und Eigelb hinzu geben und auf kleiner Stufe weiter schlagen. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, mit Sieb einsieben und mit dem Schneebesen langsam unterheben. Bei 200 °C auf mittlerer Schiene 20 Minuten backen. Kalt werden lassen. 

Für die Füllung:
 Vanillepudding nach Packungsanleitung mit Labambasaft und Zucker zu- bereiten und erkalten lassen. 

Für den Belag:
 Sahne, Sahnesteif und Puderzucker mischen und steif schlagen. 

Den erkalteten Pudding auf dem erkalteten Kuchenboden gleichmäßig verteilen. Danach die Sahne darauf geben. Butterkekse darauf verteilen und mit Schokoglasur bestreichen.
